Creating an Order

You can begin a new order at the home page by clicking Create New Order, alternatively if you already have an order underway you can click on your current order displayed on the top right hand side.

Using the main search box you can search for products that you would like to add to your order. Once you have located the item simply use the + / – arrows or key in the quantity you require then click Add to Order.

When you have added all the items you require proceed to Complete Order which will  present you with an order summary. You can insert an order number and a different delivery address if required at this stage. If you’re not ready to send your order yet you can Save for Later, when you are ready to continue you can find the draft order in your Order History.

When you have reviewed your order content click Confirm Order. This will transmit your order to your local branch, a copy of the order will appear in your Order History.

DeccoNet displays the price you will be invoiced at after any applicable discounts. Any discount applied is also shown but has already been deducted from Your Price. If an item is on promotion the promotion price is displayed. You can hover over the Y in the promotion column to see the promotional detail and your normal buying price. If a promotion price is linked to a minimum qualifying quantity a warning message will be displayed should you order less than the qualifying quantity. Go to your account settings if you would like to customise how the profitability of each item is displayed.
